Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Exodus Clothing. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery (Pan-India)

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Metro cities may receive orders earlier

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions, subject to terms.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with:

    • Tracking ID

    • Courier partner details

    • Tracking link

You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are correct.

Exodus Clothing is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries because you were unavailable

  • Courier delays due to operational, weather, or uncontrollable reasons

If a package is returned to us due to missed/failed deliveries, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A missing item

  • A wrong product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at exodusclothingblr@gmail.com with unboxing video/photo proof.

We will inspect and assist with replacement or refund as per our Return/Refund Policy.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Festivals/public holidays

  • Logistics issues

  • Remote location constraints

We will do our best to assist, but such delays are handled by the courier company.
