The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Products without tags or original packaging

Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

3. Reasons Eligible for Return
You may request a return/refund if:

You received the wrong product

You received a defective or damaged product

The size delivered is different from what you ordered

A part of your order is missing
Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for claims regarding damage, missing items, or wrong deliveries.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address wherever possible. In some locations, you may be asked to self-ship.

Approve the condition of the item

Store Credits (fastest option)

Refund to Original Payment Method (UPI/Card/Wallet)
Refund processing time:

Bank/UPI refund: 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:

Size issues

Product defects

Wrong item delivered
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose:

Store credit

A full refund (only in approved cases)

7. Cancellations & Failed Deliveries

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours

Provide an unboxing video (compulsory)

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

9. Important Notes

Products sent back without approval will not be accepted.
