Return & Refund Policy

At Exodus Clothing, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and unwashed

  • The product is in its original condition

  • Tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • You have valid proof (order ID, invoice, or delivery confirmation)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during sales/clearance/limited-time offers

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products without tags or original packaging

  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

  • Accessories (if applicable)

3. Reasons Eligible for Return

You may request a return/refund if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • The size delivered is different from what you ordered

  • A part of your order is missing

Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for claims regarding damage, missing items, or wrong deliveries.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at exodusclothingblr@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos of the product

    • Unboxing video (for damage/missing/wrong product claims)

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address wherever possible. In some locations, you may be asked to self-ship.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after we:

  • Receive the returned product

  • Perform a quality check

  • Approve the condition of the item

  • ​

Refund Modes

Refunds can be issued as:

  • Store Credits (fastest option)

  • Refund to Original Payment Method (UPI/Card/Wallet)

Refund processing time:

  • Store credit: 1–2 days

  • Bank/UPI refund: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Size issues

  • Product defects

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • A different product

  • Store credit

  • A full refund (only in approved cases)

7. Cancellations & Failed Deliveries

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide an unboxing video (compulsory)

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

  • ​

9. Important Notes

  • Products sent back without approval will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the quality check criteria.

  • Manipulated or edited videos/images will invalidate the claim.
