Cancellation Policy

At Exodus Clothing, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever comes first.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the product (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

3. Cancellation by Exodus Clothing

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock

  • The payment is incomplete or flagged for security reasons

  • The address or contact details are invalid

  • The order appears fraudulent

  • There are unforeseen operational issues

If we cancel your order, you will be notified and fully refunded.

4. Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

  • UPI/Card/Wallet Refund: 5–7 business days

  • Store Credit: 1–2 days

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

5. Prepaid Orders

Prepaid Orders:

Eligible for cancellation before dispatch. Full refund will be issued.

6. Modification of Orders

Changing size, design, or address is possible only before dispatch.
After shipping, modifications cannot be made.
